Written for the person who has to check these things: the compliance partner, the practice manager, the procurement officer. If something here is missing that your firm needs, email sharon@convincify.org and it will be added.
Sharon Lijo, trading as Sharon Lijo Studio. Sole proprietor, Kochi, Kerala, India. Everything is written and answered by me; there is no team and no subcontractor.
An advisory document about one workflow. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional advisers.
Only the records you choose to send: a call log, an export of your message inbox, and your quotes for the same period. Read-only. Nothing is installed on your systems, nothing is changed, and no access is retained after the work.
Client matter files, payroll, medical records, bank statements, card data or anything belonging to your customers. If a finding needs one of those, you extract the part that matters and send that.
A mutual NDA is signed before any file changes hands, and a countersigned copy is returned to you. Anything you send is treated as confidential whether or not the NDA is signed.
Working files are deleted 14 days after the document is delivered. Written confirmation of deletion is available on request, free.
Never used to train or improve any model. Never sold, never shared with a third party, never shown to another client. Stored encrypted and reachable only by me.
USD 500: USD 250 when the slot is booked, USD 250 when the document lands. The build, if you want one, is quoted in writing before any work starts and the audit fee comes off it.
Bank transfer or Wise, against an invoice that carries your PO number.
If three findings in the document are not ones you recognise by name, the USD 250 comes back within three business days and the second half is never due. You keep the document.
Liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid for the engagement.
India.
Last updated at build time. This page is the terms; there is no separate contract unless your firm requires one, and then yours is fine with me.
