Someone just booked an audit
Comparison · including the option where you do nothing

Modules, a VA, or an agency retainer.

Most comparisons on the internet are written by the thing being compared. This one includes the cases where the honest answer is not us.

There are four ways to fix this

One of them is us. The other three are real options, and sometimes one of them is the better answer. Here is the plain version.

  1. Us. An audit first, then a small system built for the one job that hurts most. USD 500, then from USD 3,000. You own every file at the end. It breaks when the work needs judgement, a phone call, or a relationship.
  2. A virtual assistant. USD 400 to 1,200 a month. Fast to start. You keep paying, and the quality depends on who you get. Fine for volume, weak for anything that has to be exact.
  3. An agency. USD 2,000 to 10,000 a month. Good at a big defined project. Weak at the small boring job that repeats every day, because you pay a retainer for the team, not the task.
  4. Doing nothing. Free. A perfectly sane choice, as long as the queue is not costing you money. If it is, you are already paying for it, just not on an invoice.

When a person is the right answer

If the work needs someone on the phone, judgement in a live conversation, or a relationship you want to keep, hire the person. A system does the boring repeatable part and gives that person their time back. It does not replace them.

What we will never claim

  • That we are cheaper. We are not, for a one-off job a person can do in an hour.
  • That it runs itself. It runs, and you keep the keys.
  • That it never breaks. It breaks quietly, which is why every task has to prove it worked.
